A brand is a lot like a person. It has a character, develops a reputation, has friends, enemies, makes mistakes, has successes and failures.
Some of us are quiet and reserved, others loud and gregarious but we share the same human qualities and how we relate to each other is remarkably similar to how we relate to brands. We walk right past some people, others we are drawn towards and some we avoid. Same with brands.
Like people, brands go through life phases and how they dress up, show up and speak up changes as they evolve from birth through to maturity.
Getting to know people's hopes, desires, fears, passions and views on the world is the key to doing great branding work for them. Having travelled and worked all over the world in the last 25 years, I've found that as much as we are different, we are as much the same.
We've worked with the world's biggest brands in multiple markets across the globe and enjoy them as much as the small start-up brands in their infancy in the garage out back. Different life stages, thats all.
